BARBARA KOLO - OBSESSION

The concept of this series is to count the number of ink stamped dots it takes to make up the image. The count is kept with tally marks that become part of the image too. The total of the count is the title of each piece. The first image below is titled "11,664" and is a triptych created on mirrored mylar paper. Each panel is 42" X 32".
